Item quality and category — A premium insulated tumbler costs more than a standard plastic water bottle. We offer options across price points and help you match the item to your budget and the impression you want to make.
Quantity — Like apparel, higher quantities lower the per-unit cost significantly. Most promo items have price breaks at standard quantity tiers — 24, 48, 72, 144, 250, and 500 pieces.
Decoration method — Screen printing, laser engraving, embroidery, and pad printing are common methods depending on the item. Each has different setup costs and per-unit rates.
Lead time — Standard promo products typically have longer lead times than apparel printing — plan for 2–3 weeks minimum from order confirmation. Rush options exist but add cost. If you have an event deadline, reach out as early as possible.
Packaging — Individual poly-bagging, gift boxing, or custom packaging adds cost but significantly increases the perceived value of the item.
